All work done by Creations by Brian LLC is covered under a warranty subject to the following terms and conditions:

The certificate extends the warranty of all work performed in a good and workmanlike manner. This warranty covers 1 FREE hour-long touch-up per year for three years.

This warranty will include all paint and labor for failed area. Drywall repairs, wood at (touching) ground level, and horizontal surfaces such as decks NOT covered under this warranty. Warranty is also void if anything other than water is used on surface of product. Any warranties for materials are subject to specific manufacturer terms on such products.
